Previously at Mancala Gaming (2020–2025), I was the senior software architect where I designed and built the core shared library ecosystem and scalable frontend framework adopted across the entire game portfolio, enabling a 5x faster delivery speed. My architecture directly enabled scaling from 3 to 47 shipped games, improving the release cadence 10x (from 1 game per 2–3 months to 2–3 games per month). I was the sole front-end architect for 5 games and supervised architecture on 4 additional titles. I also built internal CLI tooling for automated game updates, repository migrations, and asset validation/optimization pipelines. As technical lead, I ran sprint planning, code reviews, technical interviews, and mentored junior developers.
My primary stack is TypeScript, Pixi.js, Three.js, React, SvelteKit, Node.js/Bun, and Python. I also work with AI/LLM APIs (OpenAI, Claude, Gemini), game engines (Unity, UE5), and DevOps tools (Docker, CI/CD). I want to improve my depth in distributed systems architecture, large-scale backend design, and further refine AI-augmented development workflows to push the boundary of what a small team can deliver.
- Architected agentic AI pipelines at Sett.ai using Claude Code and custom tooling that automated the entire playable ad generation workflow (asset processing -> code generation -> final build), shipping 10+ production ads with rapid iteration cycles.
- ML research with CERN — MSc thesis applied machine learning to optimize ttH event selection using ATLAS data from the Large Hadron Collider. Presented results at the DPG conference in Germany.
- Founded ATMA Gaming studio — recruited and led a cross-functional team of up to 15 people, owning all technical decisions, sprint planning, and recruiting while developing a Unity game (Hypocrisy).
- BSc thesis on automatic game level generation — developed a novel neural-net-based approach combining reinforcement learning with semi-supervised learning.
- Architecturally challenging work — designing systems that need to scale, evolve, and serve as foundations for teams to build on.
- Autonomy and ownership over technical decisions, with the trust to choose the right tools and patterns for the job.
- A team that values engineering quality, clean architecture, and iterative improvement.
- Opportunity to leverage and further develop AI-augmented engineering workflows — I've seen firsthand how agentic AI pipelines can multiply a team's output and want to keep pushing that frontier.
- Mentorship in both directions — I enjoy mentoring junior developers and also want to learn from strong senior engineers and architects.
What I don't want:
- Bureaucracy-heavy environments where architecture decisions are made by committee or blocked by endless approvals.
- Roles that are purely managerial with no hands-on coding — I want to stay close to the code.
- Stagnant tech stacks with no appetite for modernization or experimentation.
- Micromanagement or rigid processes that don't trust engineers to manage their own work.
including FinTech, Telecom, and Pharmaceuticals. Proven ability to design and implement innovative
solutions, improve complex systems, and lead high-performing technical teams. Deep expertise in
Python, C/C++, and cloud platforms (GCP, AWS), with a strong focus on scalable and resilient
architectures.

• Position: Chief Technology Officer (CTO)
• Experience in iGambling: 6+ years
• Experience in the Crypto Industry: 5 years
• As CEO: Managed a team of 150 people
• As CTO: Led a development team of 60 specialists
Implemented Products in the iGambling Sector:
1. Developed an in-house slot provider with a portfolio of over 30 slot games.
2. Built a casino management platform used for both internal projects and White Label solutions. Around 10 White Label casinos were launched based on this platform. It successfully passed an audit, received an MGA license (Malta), and obtained PCI DSS certification.
3. Created an affiliate platform for both internal use and commercial White Label deployment.
Implemented Products in the Crypto Sector:
1. Developed a crypto exchange management platform, used to launch three own exchanges under different regulatory frameworks (Malta, MiCA, USA, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines), as well as multiple White Label projects.
2. Integrated crypto and fiat liquidity providers into the platform and established the process for connecting new crypto nodes.
3. Migrated the system architecture from a monolithic structure to a service-based and microservices architecture.
• Designed and launched a scalable casino management platform, which served as the foundation for 10+ White Label casino projects and received both MGA licensing and PCI DSS certification.
• Built a proprietary affiliate platform, later adapted for commercial use through a White Label model, expanding monetization channels.
• Spearheaded the creation of a crypto exchange management platform, which supported the launch of three regulated exchanges across multiple jurisdictions (Malta, MiCA, USA, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines), as well as several White Label deployments.
• Integrated crypto and fiat liquidity providers into the platform, and established a seamless onboarding process for new cryptonodes, improving operational efficiency and liquidity depth.
• Led a successful architectural migration from a monolithic system to a service-oriented and microservices-based structure, significantly enhancing scalability and development agility.
• Managed large, cross-functional teams: 150 employees as CEO and 60+ developers as CTO, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals and delivery of complex technical projects on time.
My key expectations from the role include:
• Ownership of product and technology strategy, with the ability to influence core decisions from architecture to market launch.
• Engagement with a visionary and agile team, passionate about building innovative solutions in the iGambling or Crypto space.
• Opportunity to work on scalable, high-load platforms, with focus on reliability, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Freedom to build and lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and foster a strong engineering culture.
• Involvement in business development, including product-market fit validation, partnerships, and go-to-market strategy.
• A culture that values transparency, responsibility, and speed of execution, without excessive bureaucracy.
I am particularly interested in companies that are developing new products or expanding existing platforms, and where my experience with launching regulated platforms, building scalable architectures, and managing full-cycle product development can bring immediate and measurable value.
Earlier roles in system design and engineering allowed me to develop a strong technical foundation across distributed systems, real-time platforms, and enterprise-grade monitoring solutions. I delivered improvements to high-load services, built secure authentication flows, and contributed to complex integrations, applying best practices in CQRS, event-driven architecture, and modern DevOps.
Additionally, I modernized service architecture and introduced unified CI/CD, release automation, and data-driven performance monitoring. These changes supported measurable improvements in DORA metrics, reduced TCO, and enhanced scalability of mission-critical systems. I also improved onboarding processes and technical enablement, which accelerated team productivity and reduced lead time for new engineers.
My goal is to lead teams toward higher organizational maturity by strengthening architectural foundations, optimizing cross-functional delivery pipelines, and fostering a culture of ownership, continuous improvement, and measurable outcomes. I aim to contribute to long-term product and platform evolution while ensuring predictable, resilient, and efficient engineering execution.
In previous roles, I contributed to backend and platform functionality for large-scale customer-facing systems, focusing on service reliability, API design, data processing, integration between systems, and implementation of security and authentication flows. As a full-stack engineer earlier in my career, I developed UI components, backend services, and automation around testing and development workflows.
I have extensive experience with modern JavaScript frameworks, including Angular, React, and Vue, as well as robust server-side development using Node and Next. Additionally, I possess strong Python programming skills. Currently, I lead a team of over 40 engineers, driving innovation and efficiency in our projects.
I have extensive experience as a speaker at conferences and as an author of articles on specialized platforms. Additionally, I’ve played a key role in numerous presale and launch projects for customers. My expertise also extends to consulting, where I effectively contribute to teams of any configuration.
