Responsibilities:
- Partner with the GM and other key business leaders to execute on a series of key initiatives tied to growing market share.
- Develop and lead various market analyses efforts to identify new surface areas and enhance / strengthen our understanding of existing market opportunities.
- Synthesize data across a diverse range of sources to communicate critical insights, further enabling the growth strategy for the business.
- Provide guidance and assistance to enhance demand generation practices by understanding trends, potential demand, and competition.
- Actively participate in conferences, professional organization meetings, trade shows, and other events to keep abreast of new market developments.
- Drive insights into go-to-market effectiveness across verticals and industries, and effectively communicate key metrics/insights to business leaders.
- Work with such tools as Crunchbase, LinkedIn, Zoom Info, Cognism, Salesforce, Marketo, Google etc.
- Provide company-specific based research via your own website.

Requirements:
- 2-4+ years of experience working as an analyst or in a related role in product marketing, consulting, and/or financial services.
- Experience researching market sizes and growth rates for across geographies, verticals, industries, and product use cases.
- Strategic thinking and independent thought coupled with ability to thrive in ambiguity.
- Keen analytical mind, strong on planning, detail and accuracy, and be a demonstrably creative thinker.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Flexibility to travel (1-2 times a year).

Advantages:
- Creator, Marketplace, Ad Tech experience in a similar role.
- Payments and/or decentralized finance experience.
- MBA graduate.
