Locations: we have been operating in Ukraine, Romania, and Poland

Therefore, we are currently looking for a Product Manager to ensure the further growth of Liki24!

As our Product Manager, you will be responsible for finding the areas of focus that need to be improved in the product to achieve the key objectives of the company.

You will be reporting to the Chief Product Officer.

Your responsibilities:
Continuous product and growth metrics improvement;
Product development strategy design and implementation;
Product road map design and implementation;
Formulation and testing of product hypotheses;
Decomposition and task setting;
Participating in all stages of product development;
A/B testing;
Data-driven decision making;
Market research, competitors analysis;
Voice of a customer during product development.
About you:
Strong analytical and decision-making skills;
Strong prioritization, goal setting skills;
Product management experience with large-scale B2C products;
Experience with product and growth metrics improvement (RPU, LTV, CAC, Retention Rate, Conversion Rate, DAU/WAU/MAU, etc.);
Experience with funnel conversion improvement;
Experience in implementing retention improvement techniques;
Ability to develop a high-level product strategy;
Ability to build a product roadmap;
Strong knowledge of usability basics for web products and applications;
Basic knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems, and guidelines;
Knowledge of different ways to monetize products and maximize their profitability;
Experience with in-app advertising services and techniques;
Experience with SQL, Amplitude, Firebase/GA;
Experience with BigQuery will be a plus.
