Consultant / Business Analyst (Power Apps / D365) (ID:10657) (offline)

Areas of Responsibility
- Interact with custom web services
- Design solution based on the initial customer requirements
- Execute fundamental business analysis tasks
- Prepare PoC (by yourself or with a small team) within Power Apps/Dynamics 365
- Prepare project WBS, estimations and licensing calculations
- Manage engagement delivery
- Prepare and conduct solution presentations
- Participate in a new product development
- Assist in the new delivery launch (engagement to delivery transition, team acquisition)
- Execute new technologies training
- Agile workflow

Qualifications
- Expertise in building applications based on Power Apps (Model-Driven, Canvas, Power Automate)
- Good knowledge of at least one of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Sales/Service/Field Service solutions
- Good knowledge of SharePoint Online (customization, security, apps)
- Good knowledge of Azure Integration Services Integration scenarios
- Good knowledge of application lifecycle management concepts, expertise in Azure DevOps project management tools
- Good knowledge of M365, Power Apps and Dynamics product families licensing
- Solid business analysis skills, ability to prepare BA documents
- Good knowledge of business modeling (BPMN) and system modeling (UML)
- Ability to work with a multi-country team (Germany, Norway, Poland and Ukraine)
- Ability to work with tasks without intensive lead support, read docs / use videos first
- Ability to produce clear and detailed task estimations (user story/task level)
- Holding full and direct responsibility for what has been promised: keeping your promises and being able to work with a team is crucial
- Upper-Intermediate+ level of English

Will be an advantage
- Valid Microsoft certificates in development/customization/solution design
- Good knowledge of core back-end development tools and language capabilities (C#, SOA, Messaging, Azure Functions)
- Good knowledge of modern front-end development tool sand frameworks (JS, TS with React/ Redux)
- Building customer self-care portals experience (custom development)
- Contact centers/CTI
- Axapta/Navision knowledge
- CICD/DevOps tools knowledge
- RPA Conditions
- Multiple engagement projects
- Delivery assistance (1-2 projects)
