HR manager (offline)

Requirements:

- 1+ years as HRD, HRM or recruiter
- Understanding of recruiting processes
- Strong command of English upper-intermediate/B2 level.
- Stress Tolerance
- Project management skills and experience with CRMs and psychometric assessment tools will be an advantage.

Responsibilities:
- Assistance in motivation and adaptation of employees at the initial stage.
- Development of KPI indicators
- Taking part in the formation of corporate culture and creating a positive image of the employer
- Assistance in interview, test, rank, check references, select candidates and provide feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidates, managers as well based on the jobs pre-established selection criteria and the organization’s recruitment policies
- Control over observance of labor discipline
- Participation in the development and implementation of training programs
- Organization of certification and training of personnel
- Assistance in development, formation and introduction of changes in the staffing schedule, vacation schedules, keeping records of working hours
- Development of internal instructions, documents for personnel adaptation
