Responsibilities:
- Manage, develop, and monitor the Exadel and Appery.io corporate brands and content across social media and content syndication platforms
- Consult with team members regarding social media and content strategy, tactics, and best practices including oversight of the company brand and message
- Be responsible for developing and managing social post schedule/calendar, supporting and managing social campaigns (ads, boosts, etc.), developing and distributing thought leadership content across Exadel and Appery.io social platforms
- Track and report traffic and community growth metrics and analysis
- Measure the success of every social media campaign
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategy
- Stay up to date with the latest social media best practices and technologies
- Monitor SEO and user engagement and suggest content optimization
- Answer questions from Exadel and Appery.io followers on social networks. - Respond in a timely manner with regards to compliments, complaints, and questions received through various social media platforms and coordinate with appropriate departments
- Help Exadel prepare meetups and trainings

Requirements:
1+ years of experience as a Marketing Specialist or similar role
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.) and how they can be deployed in different scenarios
- Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format and build and maintain relationships
- Hands-on experience with Facebook Business Manager, LinkedIn Business Manager
- Understanding of Google Analytics and building and maintaining reports
- Good understanding of marketing principles
- Understanding of SEO and web traffic metrics
- Experience with doing audience research
- Good time management skills
- Excellent multi-tasking skills

Nice to have:
- Previous experience working in IT company
- Experience with HubSpot, Buffer or similar platform

English level:
Intermediate +
