Social Media Marketing Producer (offline)

Goal:

Produce and coordinate social media marketing campaigns and content creation for NGO Project Superbook and Digital Media properties across international markets while collaborating with key CBN departments to maintain integration with CBN’s mission, message, and brand. Provide social media platform support for various CBN International properties. To create and promotion content in the Russian YouTube channel Superbook

Job Duties:

Manage and implement head office strategy on website, in App, for YouTube channel Superbook and social media. Communicate with key social media staff at headquarters and in international offices about upcoming campaigns/strategies
Coordinate and assist in all phases of any required marketing media production (conceptualizing, writing, preproduction, shooting, editing, postproduction, etc) ensuring that all deadlines are met
Management and control advertising campaigns in Google ads, AdSense
Develops and implements a full cycle of email marketing campaigns based on company goals and market analysis to potential customers. Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, like promotions and competitions
Responsible for all company’s social media pages and their proper performance (directly or through SMM Manager) and expands social media presence into new social media platforms

Oversees regular content production (video/photo) and its proper usage at our social media platforms (YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest, etc)
Collects customer data and analyses interactions and visits, plus uses this information to create reports and improve future marketing strategies and campaigns
Create and monitor ads across platforms along with reporting analytics
Provides reporting on all marketing campaign activities. Creates regular status/metrics report to highlight campaign performance. Coordinate with international offices to localize, develop and implement marketing campaigns including ad buys.

Requirements:

2-3 years of social media management experience
Experience in promoting Youtube channels and in social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest. Proficient using Facebook Ads Manager, Google AdSense and Google Analytics
Solid experience of doing digital marketing at global markets in non-profit organization
Deep knowledge of social media and how to grow audience there, good understanding of social media KPIs
Creative thinker with strong story-telling skills, excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills
Strong working knowledge of media production, knowledge of emerging media trends
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud production software
Demonstrated experience creating and identifying quality social media content related to television, new media or non-profits
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Hootsuite, HTML, Canva (or similar tool), and Asana (or similar tool)
Advanced English
