WooCommerce Technical PM (offline)

We are looking for a candidate with a deep knowledge of WordPress/WooCommerce specific, who
has fundamental skills in the whole environment around this CMS - from HTML/CSS and
front-end development to low-level back-end development and server administration. Ability to
initiate and develop tasks directly related to a company's business goals.
Responsibilities
- Support current customWooCommerce theme
- Implement tasks related to UI / UX improvement and conversion optimization
- Implement tasks to optimize the loading speed and time to interact of the mobile version of
the site
- Build new e-commerce projects from scratch
- Manage the entire technical backlog of a company
- Work with warehouse’s API in the USA
- Freelance development team management
- Quality control of implemented solutions
- Marketing automation solutions development
- Setting up analytics systems and other marketing tools (GA, GTM, Hotjar etc)
- Creating a dashboard with key site metrics Google Data Studio
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in WoCommerce ecommerce development
- Wide experience in PHP development (pure PHP, Laravel, CodeIgniter)
- Skills in server administration;
- Strong knowledge in JavaScript and front-end development (light-weight and neat UX)
- Good sense of feeling in UI (interfaces looks good without designer's help)
- Understand the whole business processes and make proposals on how to make them easier
programmatically;
- have a portfolio of at least 3 successful ecommerce projects for the US market
