Required skills
At least 2-years working experience in Affiliate-marketing;
Competent oral and written speech;
Effective sales and negotiation skills;
Take decisions and be responsible for them;
English is at least Upper-Intermediate;
Be multitasking and self-organized;
Enjoy your working process;
Be a hard-working person!

Responsibilities
Acquire new publishers/affiliates for maintaining CPA/CPL campaigns;
Negotiate (rates and payments schedule);
Manage the affiliate budget, including commission and budget expenses;
Organization of interaction with current affiliates, assistance in selecting offers based on their traffic source;
Report on the affiliates’ activity;
Initiate new ideas, motivation and bonuses for partners;
Develop strategies to attract new partners and generate large sales volume;
Ensure accurate and timely billings for affiliates.
