Opportunities:
- participation in Global C&B projects

Responsibilities:
- serves as a key contact for compensation/rewards related issues within dedicated Line of Business Senior Management team;
- promotes proper policy knowledge and rewards philosophy to the Management team / HR BPs team;
- ensure full scope LOB support on compensation/rewards related questions;
- Provides consultancy and guidance on:
- Compensation review process
- Regular bonus plans
- Spot bonuses corporate practice
- Retention programs
- LTI plans

- Participates in other C&B related projects:
- coordination of data submission and analysis to external compensation providers;
- development/renewal of salary ranges, etc.

Mandatory Skills Description:
Compensation and Benefits, Microsoft Excel, Office Pack, HR Databases, Analytical Skills, HR Consultancy, sufficient knowledge and practice of C&B processes (Base Salary management, Variable practices (STIs, LTIs), benefits)

Nice-to-Have Skills:
Experience in large companies is preferred (Headcount >5000) in the role of C&B manager
