A Product Manager plays an integral role in ensuring our enterprise clients are getting the most out of our cutting-edge technology platform. You’ll gain invaluable experience helping clients integrate and deploy their chatbots and achieve their business goals. Mobile Coach has an innovative no-code platform for creating complex chatbots around business use cases. In this role you will become a leading expert with the Mobile Coach chatbot authoring platform as you manage the development process for products that our clients are building.


In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of new and innovative products and, in some instances, help our clients launch entirely new products on our chatbot authoring platform. Internally, you’ll collaborate with our team of chatbot design experts, account managers, and developers.

Required Skills:

- 2+ years in a product management role working with agile development teams
- Bachelor's degree


Duties and Responsibilities

- Manage a product roadmap for client projects
- Create mockups/wireframes
- Manage stakeholders
- Be inventive with chatbot design and feature suggestions
- Create sales collateral and demo versions of chatbots
- Participate in customer research and second-hand research with support/sales people
- Help clients measure ROI
- Effectively advocate for your project
