Android Team Lead (offline)

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with customers to understand their requirements and assist in meeting business goals
- Work closely with other teams to provide customers with the best possible digital solutions
- Lead the team of Android developers working on diverse projects
Improve the skills of developers in the team and define the overall Android development strategy
- Maintain high standards of code quality by setting up the development process and performing code reviews
- Follow and use the latest trends in technologies and software architectures
- Conduct technical interviews to extend the team

Requirements:
- 5+ years in Android development.
- Experience in leading development teams and communicating with customers.
- Expert knowledge of Kotlin, including coroutines.
- Proficiency in Java.
- Good understanding of modern Android application architecture.
- Perfect understanding of development principles and object-oriented design, e.g. SOLID.
- Deep knowledge of Android APIs and platform capabilities.
- Good understanding of industry-standard approaches and libraries such as Retrofit, Dagger, Android Jetpack, etc.
- Good knowledge of Git, Git flow, experience with the code review process and merge requests.
- Experience with Firebase — FCM, Firestore, Storage, Analytics, Crashlytics, and other related technologies.
- Understanding of CI/CD procedures, tools, and pipelines.
