IT Recruiter (offline)
2+ years experience in Recruitment (at least 1+ year of experience in IT)
Hands-on interviewing experience
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (social media recruiting and Boolean search)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least an Intermediate level of English
