Sales Development Representative (SDR) (offline)
Requirements:
β 3+ years of sales experience (SDR, leadgen, cold emailing and prospecting, sales)
β Strong understanding of SDR and lead generation best practices and workflows;
β At least 1 year of experience in email and LinkedIn outbound prospecting;
β Desire to build a world-class sales organization;
β Set measurable goals aligned with the companyβs strategy and stick to them
β Willingness to take ownership and execute;
β Ability to connect and develop strong client relationships;
β Strong negotiation and communication skills;
β Self-motivated and proactive in driving continuous improvements
β Fluent writing and speaking English
Tasks:
β Develop and implement best practices for growing DSβs client base;
β Brainstorm, research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels;
β Interface and nurture leads through various outbound channels;
β Collaborate closely with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan;
β Negotiate client contracts and work conditions
β Work closely with Marketing department and CEO to drive business strategy.
