Sales Development Representative (SDR) (offline)

Requirements:
⁃ 3+ years of sales experience (SDR, leadgen, cold emailing and prospecting, sales)
⁃ Strong understanding of SDR and lead generation best practices and workflows;
⁃ At least 1 year of experience in email and LinkedIn outbound prospecting;
⁃ Desire to build a world-class sales organization;
⁃ Set measurable goals aligned with the company’s strategy and stick to them
⁃ Willingness to take ownership and execute;
⁃ Ability to connect and develop strong client relationships;
⁃ Strong negotiation and communication skills;
⁃ Self-motivated and proactive in driving continuous improvements
⁃ Fluent writing and speaking English

Tasks:
⁃ Develop and implement best practices for growing DS’s client base;
⁃ Brainstorm, research, and evaluate new sales sources and channels;
⁃ Interface and nurture leads through various outbound channels;
⁃ Collaborate closely with the team to plan and implement a strategic outreach plan;
⁃ Negotiate client contracts and work conditions
⁃ Work closely with Marketing department and CEO to drive business strategy.
