HR Generalist/ IT Recruiter/ HR Manager (offline)

Requirements:
1+ years of previous experience in HR, Recruitment;
Having a clue of full lifecycle recruiting components;
Understanding software development company functioning;
Expertise in talent management and development;
Knowledge and understanding of all HR functions;
Analytical and goal-oriented approach;
Coaching, problem-solving, and facilitation skills;
Desire to be an empathetic friend to the team;
Good command of English language.

Responsibilities:

Source and recruit candidates, screen their resumes, plan and conduct interviews, onboarding process – adaptation of new employees, assistance in integration;
Communication with managers;
Conducting 1:1 with employees to assess job satisfaction in the company;
Drive a culture of continuous development and professional growth within the company;
Implement HR best practices within all areas of the company;
Collaborate with other team members on the implementation of plans and policies;
Participation in the organization of team building and corporate events.
