Senior Python Engineer #8024 (offline)

The engineering organization is focused on creating robust, modern micro-services application implemented in Ruby and Python and deployed to AWS.
We are looking for a senior Python engineer, ideally with knowledge in JavaScript. You will be working with a phishing detection module, data aggregation, pagination and other features.
MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work, in a collaborative manner, with your product owner and scrum team to scope and prioritize feature requirements and engineering backlog.
Practice secure development methodologies during design, implementation and maintenance of products and services.
Work in close contact with team members and project stakeholders on the client’s site
Take an active role in architectural discussions
EDUCATION, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
MUST HAVE:
4+ years-experience with Python
Experience in building reliable, high-available, distributed architectures
Experience in Microservice architecture and its patterns
Hands on experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Experience with Amazon Lambda and SQS
Strong troubleshooting experience
At least intermediate English skills
WOULD BE A PLUS:
Ruby and JavaScript familiarity
Experience with Amazon Kinesis
Prometheus and Grafana knowledge
