HR Generalist (offline)

The HR Generalist is a dual-role involving full spectrum human resources and office management responsibilities.

This role is responsible for performing HR-related duties on a professional level in the following HR functional areas: recruitment, employee relations, performance management, onboarding, employment law compliance.
The office manager component of this position is responsible for overall front office activities, large purchasing requests and facilities and management of the building.

Required skills:
- 3 years experience in IT recruitment;
- Good knowledge of the basic methods of searching and selecting candidates;
- Good knowledge of full cycle recruitment process;
- Excellent networking,communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills;
- At least Intermediate level of English.

Responsibilities:
- Implement recruitment of short and long term personal through collection and verification of candidate documentation;
- Conducting full cycle of recruitment processes;
- Check professional references and prepare job offers;
- Adaptation of new employees, assistance in integration;
- Conducting 1:1 with employees to assess job satisfaction in the company;
- Participation in the organization of team building and corporate events;
- Developing the corporate culture;
- Office maintaining — purchasing required equipment;
- Coordinating office related vendors;
- Providing general administrative support to our employees.
