Middle NetApp Engineer (W) (offline)

You will be responsible for designing and implementing Storage related solutions for new and existing clients. If you have an in-depth understanding of Storage technologies, with a strong focus on NetApp Storage Solutions, as well as, working knowledge of Virtualization, Networking, and Server Solutions, we are looking for namely you!

About the Project:
The Project involves constructing business-facing apps in the public cloud.
Your team's assignments will include all relevant code and detailed Low Level Design. Engineers will work closely with Architecture and Operations to ensure all solutions are seamlessly transitioned from build to run.

You'll need to leverage a standard set of enterprise-wide artifacts such as Design Patterns and Standards and follow guiding design principles to deliver GBS strategic intent, all while providing business value.

Team Composition: 2 DevOps, 1 Scrum Master, 1 Senior Developer, 7 Senior DevOps, and 1 Senior Project Manager

Requirements:
Strong background with NetApp filers, NetApp Clusters, and the Data ONTAP operating system
Must have advanced NetApp ONTAP knowledge and be able to install, configure, and maintain ONTAP 9.5
Admin skills (software updates, sizing on storage, knowledge of NetApp storage best practices, Performance troubleshooting, SnapMirror, SnapVault, SnapCenter)
Experience in supporting a large enterprise NAS deployment
Experienced in analysis, proactive troubleshooting, and performance troubleshooting for the NAS storage environment including the creation of documentation for new processes and procedures
In-depth review of all replication relationships across the NetApp storage arrays. Ability to identify and resolve any issues with the replication relationships across the NetApp storage arrays for daily clones, mirrors, snaps and vaults, including re-activation and configuration
Working knowledge of Windows Server, Unix/Linux, Solaris & AIX platforms.
Knowledge of computer networking to include DNS and Firewall.
Automation and/or Scripting experience

Responsibilities:
Storage management and optimization
Upgrades, audits, performance monitoring and troubleshooting, volume configuration and provisioning, SAN Documentation: create and maintain documentation of the NetApp environment according to best practices Service management
Collaborate with NetApp technical team and management to help the end client leverage NetApp hardware and software solution
Hands on experience architecting, supporting, provisioning and maintaining multiple Petabyte of storage (NetApp)
Ability to work independently and execute tasks with minimal guidance
Excellent communication and time management skills
