Head of Marketing (offline)

Requirements:
- 5+ years of overall experience in marketing;
- 2+ years of working experience in managerial marketing roles in B2B software develoment service companies;
- Experience in marketing/business development strategic management;
- Systemic approach;
- English - at least upper-intermediate.

Responsibilities:
- Systematic research of the competitive environment: benchmarking Unicsoft against the competition, identifying areas for improvement, driving the implementation;
- Systematic research of the market: suggesting ideas for product-market fit offerings, identifying areas for improvement, driving the implementation;
- Formation and continuous improvement of the company's marketing strategy;
- Correct formation of ICP/BP for inbound and outbound lead generation;
- Formation and improvement of the company's positioning, service map and content of the commercial pages;
- Development and implementation of content strategy including content distribution;
- Setting up the process for tracking and improving conversions for inbound.
