Senior System Administrator (offline)

Responsibilities:

• Server, Infrastructure & Endpoint patch and vulnerability management;
• Network and Perimeter security;
• AV/AM, IDS/IPS on Servers and Endpoints;
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve recurring and incidental support issues for end users;
• Provide remote support for uses travelling or based in the remote global offices;
• Support the mobility and conferencing tools;
• Deploy, optimize and troubleshoot infrastructure devices such as network switches, SAN, Cluster, wireless;
• VoIP phone systems, backups and global VPN connectivity;
• Interact directly with the company executives on technology aspects;
• Automation of infrastructure setup and maintenance;
• Design and implement IAM policy.

Requirements:

• Experience with Linux (Ubuntu or CentOS), Debian (5+), Windows, Mac OS;
• Knowledge of Encryption methods;
• Server hardening methodologies;
• Experience with service desk operations;
• Experience with administrating and supporting Jira/Confluence/Bitbucket;
• Experience with administrating 1C;
• Experience in remote technical control;
• Experience with administrating office security systems;
• Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP;
• Experience administrating Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft Exchange;
• Experience supporting firewall and VPN;
• Able to document to a high technical level in English;
• Experience supporting VoIP systems (preferred).
