Training and Development Consultant (offline)

We are looking for a person who is passionate about helping people learn and grow as well as advance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:
• Previous T&D or L&D working experience;
• Effective learning and development methods knowledge;
• Outstanding people and communication skills.

What would you do:
• Create and align training and learning strategy with company's goals;
• Search for external trainers in various areas - business, soft skills, and hard rebates;
• Drawing up an internal training schedule and its control;
• Organization of training.
