Account Manager (offline)

Required skill:
β€” Fluent English is a must;
β€” Proven business development experience in digital agency/startup/it company;
β€” 2+ years overall sales area experience (account, sales, retention);
β€” A proactive and positive business attitude;
β€” Creativity and flexibility is a must;
β€” General understanding of development process and technologies for web and mobile apps;
β€” Ability to resolve any stress situation/negotiation in a polite way, pressure resistance;
β€” Experience in communication with businesses abroad.

Responsibilities:
β€” Cover the sales cycle stage from the contract signature and meeting existing client;
β€” Handling overdue, aftersale supervising, upsale, increasing customer life cycle, alarm about the issues with the highest speed;
β€” Communicate with decision-makers and close the upsales (solely or in a team with Salesperson);
β€” Generate ideas on how to improve sales/upsales activity.
