Requirements:
— Passionate about recruitment and able to work independently with minimum supervision and provide outstanding results;
— Can manage working time efficiently, prioritize multiple tasks, and keep high-quality database records;
— Have good analytical skills and willingness to learn fast;
— Have Upper-Intermediate English proficiency;
— Have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

— Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches to meet hiring goals;
— Build and maintain a pipeline of candidates;
— Perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ abilities;
— Post vacancies on various job boards,
— Actively communicate with candidates
