IT Recruiter (offline) $1500-1800

Responsibilities:
- Full life-cycle recruiting;
- Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
- Attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions;
- Creating job descriptions; make enhancements to existing job descriptions;
- Researching and investigation new sourcing ideas and tools;
- Work with the Head of HR to develop and execute effective recruiting strategy.

Requirements:
- Practical experience in recruiting from 2 years;
- Ability to build full cycle recruitment process;
- Great experience with recruiting tools and programs;
- Good interviewing, negotiations, talent acquisition, and evaluation skills;
- Ability to maintain a consistently fast-pace in delivering results;
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills;
- Upper-intermediate English is a must.
