Senior Windows System Administrator (offline)

Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with customers to clarify business needs;
- Collaborate with the team to come up with optimal technical solutions;
- Do whatever needs to be done to ensure that services run consistently and reliably;
- Establish mature engineering practices;
- Be on periodic on-call duty to support the infrastructure (if needed).

We require:

- Confident written and spoken English to communicate with customers daily;
- 5+ years of Windows server/pc administration experience;
- Solid experience with PowerShell is critical;
- Experience with SCCM, Win Group Policy Objects;
- Experience with telemetry, logging, dashboards (Datadog/Splunk/New Relic).
