Technical support specialist (offline)

Requirements:
Good command of English: Upper - intermediate level and higher of speaking and writing
Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
Previous experience in Tech Support/ISP Helpdesk
Basic Networking protocols (HTTP, HTTPS, DNS, Mail services)
Understanding of front end (JS, HTML, CSS)
Problem solver and a very responsible person
Stress resistance
Ability to work after hours when needed

As a plus:
Technical education
Basic knowledge of digital marketing

Responsibilities:
Provide support for customers via various communication channels (Skype, Telegram, Slack)
Troubleshooting
Working with TTS
Communication with developers and with clients of product when needed
