Product Manager (offline)

Requirements:

5+ years of hands-on experience as a product manager
Experience in managing products in the production stage
High analytical skills (experience in defining metrics, measuring the impact of features, knowledge of main SAAS and product KPIs)
Data-oriented — proven experience working with analytics platforms and BI tools such as Tableau, Amplitude,
Google Analytics and so on; knowledge of SQL
Passionate about UX & attentive to details
Leadership skills, good abilities in communication with distributed teams and other departments
Experience in creating product specs and wireframes
Experience of conducting qualitative/quantitative researches, market researches
Fluent English is a MUST
As a plus
B2C experience
Experience with retention and fighting churn
Previous experience as an analyst

Responsibilities:

Lead the ideation, technical development, and launch of innovative product
Focus on user retention and usage in b2c products.
Establish shared vision across the company by building consensus on priorities leading to product execution
Drive product development with a team of world-class engineers and designers
Integrate usability studies, research and market analysis into product requirements to enhance user satisfaction
Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of products
Understand Instagram’s strategic and competitive position and deliver products that are recognized best in the industry.
