abz.agency® is a software development company. Our core business is developing complex and unique solutions based on web technologies, browser extensions, mobile applications, high-performance and high-load solutions.

For now 95+ guys work in 8 offices of the company (2 offices in Tallinn, Estonia; 5 offices in Kyiv, Ukraine; 1 office in Vilnius, Lithuania).

The company has developed a program called Company Bootcamp, which allows you to gain the necessary knowledge and practical skills required for each project. You’ll not only study but also apply organizational and technical regulations in practice. Whether you have 7 or 15 years of experience, you will still learn something new during the onboarding stage. If you are a Starter or Junior, this program will become an intensive training for you. Company Bootcamp lasts 1 month for all positions and 2 months for backend developers and is fully paid.

After successfully completing the onboarding and starting your collaboration with us, you will receive a PDP (Personal Development Plan). Your PM will help you plan your further growth and learning during your free time. Additionally, you will gain expertise in a variety of technologies depending on the projects you are assigned to. We also offer English courses twice a week.
 

Within the PDP framework, you can deepen your knowledge in your current field or even switch to a different direction. At our company, you will continue to grow constantly, with small breaks as per our guidelines, allowing you to enjoy the moment and then proceed with your development.
