I have been working as IT Recruiter , Talent Acquisition Specialist for 5 years already.
My tasks were : to post and promote vacancies;
to do active search of candidates by using different sourcing tools;
to do screening of CVs
to conduct interviews;
to provide feedback to the candidates;
to organize job-offer signings
