We’re looking for a Middle+/Senior Flutter Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about crafting scalable, AI-integrated mobile solutions, and is eager to work across the full development cycle — from frontend to backend. Our core technology stack includes Dart, Flutter, Riverpod, Flutter Hooks, GoRouter, Dio, Hive, Node.js, Unit & Widget Testing and we expect practical experience with these tools.

You'll contribute to an essential analytics and marketing platform widely adopted by music industry professionals. The application processes complex marketing data, presenting it clearly and intuitively to help marketers accelerate and optimize their workflow. Your primary responsibilities will involve enhancing existing interfaces and developing new ones, continuously evolving the product.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic applications using Flutter with a focus on server-rendered components
• Optimize client-server communication and interactions
• Integrate applications with AI-centered systems and services
• Create efficient, scalable solutions using Riverpod
• Build and optimize API communication with Dio
• Participate in full-cycle development (frontend + backend architecture and implementation)
• Leverage and implement AI tools to improve development productivity
• Work with Node.js to build and maintain backend services
   

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Strong experience interpreting and implementing complex technical requirements
• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter
• Practical expertise with Riverpod, Hooks, and GoRouter
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and a strong willingness to grow in backend development (we’ll support your learning!)
• High level of self-management and task ownership
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to identify and address technical issues before they impact users
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, caching, and local data storage using Hive
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend architectures
• Confident use of AI tools to streamline workflows
• English level: Intermediate

Зараз ми шукаємо Senior Flutter / React Native Developer — розробника, якому цікаво будувати мобільні продукти з нуля, приймати технічні рішення, і який хоче працювати в середовищі, де поважають твою експертизу.
 

Що з тебе :

• 5+ років комерційного досвіду у розробці мобільних застосунків на Flutter або React Native.
• Можливість гібридно відвідувати офіс м.Київ 
• Досвід створення , масштабування і підтримування мобільних застосунків з нуля.
• Глибоке розуміння архітектурних патернів (BLoC, Redux, MVVM, Clean Architecture тощо).
• Досвід роботи в iGaming, FinTech або інших високонавантажених доменах — буде великим плюсом.
• Впевнені знання в інтеграції з REST API, WebSocket, OAuth.
• Навички профілювання та оптимізації продуктивності мобільних застосунків.
• Досвід налаштування та підтримки CI/CD пайплайнів (Fastlane, Bitrise, GitHub Actions).
• Розуміння кращих практик мобільної безпеки (захист API, шифрування, безпечне зберігання даних на пристрої).
• Досвід з push-сповіщеннями, локалізацією та deep linking.
• Знання інструментів для дебагу та моніторингу (Crashlytics, Firebase, Sentry )
   

Що робити:

• Розробка мобільного застосунку з нуля за допомогою Flutter або React Native на основі вже існуючого веб-продукту в сфері iGaming.
• Проєктування та реалізація архітектури застосунку з фокусом на масштабованість, зручність підтримки та чистоту коду.
• Інтеграція з наявними бекенд-сервісами (REST, gRPC, WebSocket).
• Забезпечення високої продуктивності, безпеки та відмінного user experience.
• Налаштування CI/CD пайплайнів для мобільних застосунків (автоматизовані збірки, тести, деплой).
• Участь у виборі технологій, архітектурних рішеннях та плануванні задач.
• Співпраця з дизайнерами, бекенд-розробниками та продакт-менеджерами.
   

Буде плюсом:

• Досвід міграції або перенесення веб-продуктів на мобільні платформи.
• Досвід публікації застосунків у App Store / Google Play.
• Знання автоматизованого тестування (unit, integration, e2e).
• Досвід роботи в Agile / Scrum командах.
