Кваліфікація:

• 5+ років досвіду роботи на посадах, пов'язаних з даними та аналітикою;
• Досвід роботи з SQL та Python;
• Високий рівень статистичного мислення та володіння аналітичною методологією;
• Досвід роботи з інструментами BI, звітності та виявлення аномалій;
• Досвід роботи з моделями прогнозування є перевагою;
• Сильні презентаційні навички, зі здатністю адаптувати контент до аудиторії;
• Досвід роботи в одній з наступних галузей є перевагою: готельно-ресторанний бізнес, ігри, електронна комерція, роздрібна торгівля;
• Ступінь бакалавра в галузі науки, техніки, інженерії або математики.

Обов'язки:

• Бути аналітичним партнером для наших бізнес-напрямків та зацікавлених сторін вищого керівництва;
• Моніторинг ефективності: сприяти визначенню та впровадженню значущих ключових показників ефективності (KPI) для моніторингу ефективності мультивертикальної бізнес-екосистеми;
• Клієнтські інсайти: аналізувати та розуміти, як маркетингові кампанії, зміни в продуктах та нові послуги впливають на загальний клієнтський досвід та цінність. Проактивно ділитися інсайтами та бізнес-рекомендаціями із зацікавленими сторонами та вищим керівництвом;
• Аналіз ринку та конкурентів: Відстежувати ринкові тенденції та результати діяльності конкурентів;
• Тісно співпрацювати з командою керівництва для вимірювання успіху нашої бізнес-стратегії та прогресу в реалізації її дорожньої карти.

We are looking for a Senior Performance Analyst to join our team and play a key role in product development for our client—a large American company investing in data and analytics. The company is developing key competencies, skills, and expertise, operating a multi-vertical business, and striving to engage customers through an exceptional omnichannel experience.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of working experience in Data and Analytics roles;
• Proficient with SQL and Python;
• Strong literacy in statistical thinking and analytical methodology;
• Experience with BI, reporting, and anomaly detection tools;
• Experience with forecasting models is a plus;
• Strong presentation skills, with the ability to tailor contents to the audience;
• Industry knowledge is a plus in one of more of the following: hospitality and entertainment, gaming, e-commerce, and retail;
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics.

Responsibilities:

• Be the analytical partner to our Line of Business and senior management stakeholders;
• Performance Monitoring: drive the definition and adoption of meaningful KPIs, to monitor the performance of a multi-vertical business ecosystem;
• Customer Insights: analyze and understand how marketing campaigns, product changes, and new services impact the overall customer experience and value. Proactively share insights and business recommendations with stakeholders and senior management;
• Market & Competitor Analysis: Monitor market trends and competitor performance
• Work closely with the leadership team to measure the success of our Business Strategy and progress through its roadmap.

Job Description

• Analyze the behavior of users and interactions with payments, and provide meaningful insights that shape the product’s strategy and roadmap
• Own the monitoring and reporting of the company, teams and product’s main KPIs and success metrics
• Build and maintain reports, dashboards and metrics, as well as monitor the integrity and validity of the data reported
• Collaborate with external Wix companies (business verticals, Funnel, site builders, etc.) to design and rollout new features in the Wix ecosystem
• Lead the creation of in-depth and impactful data analyses, translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive data models 

• Present vital insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders

   

Requirements

1. An experienced data, product, or web analyst
2. Proficiency writing complex SQL queries, translating business/technical needs into data models, creating impactful analyses and presenting insights
3. Proven ability as both an independent expert and a collaborative team member, with leadership skills to help balance your team's efforts and maximize efficiency
4. Demonstrated experience mentoring and guiding team members, helping them navigate their tasks and grow in their roles
5. Motivated and enthusiastic about data, business and technologies, with a strong background in handling complex analytical challenges
6. Curious, original thinker who pays attention to details and comes up with creative business questions that drive deeper insights
