You are:

A professional with 1+ years of experience managing websites and content, using CMS platforms (Drupal/Word Press/Joomla/ Open Cart etc.)

Familiar with HTML, CSS and website ecosystem (Analytics, SEO, front-end optimization, UX etc.);

Familiar with some of the following tools: Google Optimize, Usabilla, Tint, Photoshop, SessionCam, Data Studio, SimilarWeb;

Confident in English on at least strong Intermediate level (both written and verbal)

A great communicator and a team player.

With you we will:

Maintain content, develop new pages, and ensure overall UX quality and consistency across assigned Nestlé websites using Drupal Content Management System (CMS) capabilities;

Ensure content is accurate and published in a timely manner;

Work closely with a team of expert in areas of website optimization, SEO and Analytics;

Identify opportunities to enhance websites, automate some activities and continuously improve the service provided to our partners;

About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Middle Project Manager to help lead web design and development projects from planning to launch. This is a great opportunity for someone with solid project management experience in digital environments who wants to grow their impact by working closely with both creative and technical teams.

You won’t just track timelines - you’ll help structure projects, gather requirements, contribute to UX planning, manage internal communications, and ensure smooth delivery across all stages.

Requirements:

• 1 years of experience managing digital projects in an agency or studio environment
• Proven ability to lead web projects from kickoff to launch: handling client communication, task management, and delivery coordination
• Understanding of web development and design workflows: CMS platforms (like WordPress, Webflow), responsiveness, custom logic, etc.
• Basic UX knowledge: you can suggest site structures, map user flows, or define a sitemap for the designer
• Experience creating briefs, managing feedback, and handling change requests
• Strong written and spoken English (B2-C1)

Nice to have:

• Familiarity with QA processes and involvement in testing phases
• Basic understanding of APIs and third-party integrations

Responsibilities:

• Manage full project cycles from discovery to deployment, including post-launch support
• Take part in early-stage planning: site architecture, user goals, feature outlines
• Prepare project documentation such as briefs, sitemaps, user flows, and task breakdowns
• Coordinate work between designers and developers, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery
• Review deliverables, help with quality checks, and confirm readiness for client approval
• Keep clients updated on progress, gather feedback, and host milestone presentations
• Proactively identify small issues before they escalate and propose process improvements
  
   

Основні вимоги

• 1+ рік комерційного досвіду управління проєктами 
• Знання хмарної інфраструктури: як працює AWS, Azure або GCP - що, коли й чому варто обрати
• Досвід взаємодії зі стейкхолдерами на рівні головного офісу: керівники напрямів, технічні команди, зовнішні партнери
• Володіння сучасними інструментами для управління проєктами: Jira, Confluence, Redmine, MS Project
• Глибоке розуміння життєвого циклу проєкту - від ініціації до підтримки
• Досвід впровадження підходів Agile/Scrum, а також гнучке переключення на Waterfall за потреби
• Сильні навички аналізу, планування, комунікації — ви вмієте не тільки “вести проєкт”, а й надихати команду
• Уміння управляти ризиками, особливо в контексті безпеки, інтеграцій та залежностей
• Системне бачення і фокус на результат: вмієте не просто реалізовувати проєкти, а досягати бізнес-цілей
• Впевнене володіння інструментами Google Workspace (Sheets, Slides, Meet, Chat тощо)

Буде великим плюсом

• Практичний досвід участі в проєктах з міграції корпоративних систем у хмару

Основні обов’язки

• Управління хмарними ІТ-проєктами Банку на рівні головного офісу: стратегічні ініціативи, масштабні оновлення, критично важливі системи
• Адміністрування портфелю cloud-проєктів: пріоритети, узгодження ресурсів, управління навантаженням
• Взаємодія з бізнес- та ІТ-напрямами ГО: визначення потреб, узгодження вимог, супровід реалізації
• Аналіз поточних ініціатив, планування нових проєктів, участь у формуванні дорожніх карт переходу до хмари
• Контроль за міжпроєктними залежностями, виявлення "вузьких місць" та проактивне їх вирішення
• Складання звітів для керівництва щодо ходу виконання проєктів, використання бюджету та ресурсів
• Забезпечення актуальної та повної документації за всіма хмарними проєктами
