    What requirements are important for this role:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.;
    • Proven experience as an IT Operations/System Administrator or similar role;
    • Experience with endpoint management and protection;
    • Familiarity with SaaS tools and cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, AWS, Microsoft Azure);
    • Proficiency in automation tools (Zapier, Bardeen, Apify);
    • Strong understanding of data security and compliance standards;
    • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skill;
    • Ability to review, analyze, and improve existing IT solutions;
    • Experience in creating documentation and organizing training sessions;
    • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively;
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;

    Upper-Intermediate level of both spoken and written English;

     

     

    What we are expecting from new teammate:

     

    • Identity and Access Management:
    • Manage and configure Okta, Rippling, and Google Workspace;
    • Implement and oversee Okta workflows with time-based access and OIG approval flows.
    • Endpoint Management:
    • Implement and maintain endpoint protection solutions.
    • SaaS Tools Management:
    • Manage approval processes for SaaS tools;
    • Administer various SaaS platforms such as HubSpot, Slack, and others.
    • Onboarding and Offboarding:
    • Handle the onboarding and offboarding processes for employees, ensuring smooth transitions.
    • Automation and Integration:
    • Develop and maintain automated workflows using tools like Zapier, Bardeen, and Apify;
    • Integrate various systems and automate repetitive tasks to enhance operational efficiency.
    • Data Management and Security:
    • Ensure data security and compliance across all IT systems;
    • Manage data automation tools and processes.
    • Review and Analysis:
    • Review and analyze existing IT instruments and solutions;
    • Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improvements;
    • Suggest and implement new IT solutions to optimize performance and efficiency.
    • Documentation and Training:
    • Create and maintain detailed documentation for IT processes and configurations;
    • Organize and conduct training sessions for personnel on new IT systems and processes;
    • Generate regular reports on system performance, security, and compliance.

    We are looking for a Middle/Senior System Administrator who will be the main point of contact for all employees regarding the hardware, software, tools, and subscriptions, and a single point of contact regarding troubleshooting and providing technical support to employees.

    Professional Requirements

    • Experience in 3rd party handling (suppliers, vendors, carriers, etc);
    • SysAdmin proficiency in main Linux OS: Ubuntu, Ubuntu Server / CentOS;
    • Microsoft Windows Basics: Administration level, know and understand the latest

      Windows OS Releases

    • MacOS Basics, Administration level, know and understand the latest OS releases
    • Experience with AWS cloud provider (support AWS ecosystem maintenance);
    • Experience with Atlassian products maintenance - JIRA server, Confluence server, Bitbucket server
    • Experience with Gitlab Server;
    • English: Intermediate+

     

    Will be a plus

    • Infrastructure maintenance experience: monitoring and diagnostics tools;
    • Virtual machines: working & installing Cloud machines, Docker, Kubernetes, public cloud suppliers: AWS, GCP. Cloud networking, etc.;
    • Scripting: at least one of the following: BASH, Python.
