We’re looking for a Middle+/Senior Flutter Developer who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about crafting scalable, AI-integrated mobile solutions, and is eager to work across the full development cycle — from frontend to backend. Our core technology stack includes Dart, Flutter, Riverpod, Flutter Hooks, GoRouter, Dio, Hive, Node.js, Unit & Widget Testing and we expect practical experience with these tools.

You'll contribute to an essential analytics and marketing platform widely adopted by music industry professionals. The application processes complex marketing data, presenting it clearly and intuitively to help marketers accelerate and optimize their workflow. Your primary responsibilities will involve enhancing existing interfaces and developing new ones, continuously evolving the product.
 

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop dynamic applications using Flutter with a focus on server-rendered components
• Optimize client-server communication and interactions
• Integrate applications with AI-centered systems and services
• Create efficient, scalable solutions using Riverpod
• Build and optimize API communication with Dio
• Participate in full-cycle development (frontend + backend architecture and implementation)
• Leverage and implement AI tools to improve development productivity
• Work with Node.js to build and maintain backend services
   

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise:

• Strong experience interpreting and implementing complex technical requirements
• 4–5+ years of hands-on experience with Dart and Flutter
• Practical expertise with Riverpod, Hooks, and GoRouter
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and a strong willingness to grow in backend development (we’ll support your learning!)
• High level of self-management and task ownership
• Excellent communication skills across all levels of the organization
• Ability to identify and address technical issues before they impact users
• Solid understanding of performance optimization, caching, and local data storage using Hive
• Good knowledge of RESTful APIs and backend architectures
• Confident use of AI tools to streamline workflows
• English level: Intermediate

Job Description

As a Server Engineer, you’ll be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining scalable server-side solutions, ensuring high system availability and performance. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, advocate for best practices, and contribute to the evolution of our tech stack. In your day-to-day, you will:

• Work on scalable solutions using event-driven and hexagonal architectures with a Domain-Driven Design (DDD) approach
• Lead the entire lifecycle of feature development, from defining requirements and APIs to coding, monitoring performance, and delivering robust solutions
• Ensure production stability, high system availability, and responsiveness while addressing user complaints
• Advocate for chosen architectures, contributing to the evolution of the tech stack
• Optimize system performance, reliability, and stability to meet company standards
• Participate in technical discussions to improve architecture and developer experience
   

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a server engineer, focusing on JVM stack and/or TypeScript
• Proficiency with SQL/NoSQL solutions, database architectures, and query profiling
• Experience in designing server solutions, API design, and technical documentation
• Skilled in writing unit and integration tests with an understanding of TDD concepts
• Familiarity with proto-based APIs, Kafka or similar messaging systems, and cloud solutions
• Knowledge of high-load systems, microservice orchestration tools, and architectures (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes, Nginx)
• Strong debugging, refactoring, and reverse engineering skills
• Passion for product development and ownership of the full development lifecycle
• Experience with functional languages like Scala or Kotlin — an advantage

У команду шукаємо DevOps-інженера, який вміє розгортати та

адмініструвати кластер K3s, вміє працювати з MinIO та бажає розвиватися в

напрямку хмарної інфраструктури та мережевих рішень.

Основні завдання:

- Розгортання та підтримка кластерів K3s

- Побудова відмовостійкої інфарструктури

- Налагодження та інтеграція MinIO для зберігання артефактів/бекапів

- Автоматизація процесів CI/CD

- Робота з мережевими тунелями через Tailscale та Headscale

- Моніторинг, логування, алерти
 

Що потрібно знати/уміти:

Обов'язкові навички:

● Досвід роботи з K3s (Helm, manifests)

● Досвід побудови приватної інфраструктури

● Уміння розгортати кластер з нуля та обслуговувати його

● Впевнені знання MinIO: налаштування, права доступу, інтеграція з

додатками

● Досвід з Linux-серверами та базовими мережевими налаштуваннями
 

Бажано:

● Знання Tailscale/Headscale і розуміння, як побудувати приватну мережу

● Досвід з GitHub Actions / GitLab CI

● Досвід роботи з Prometheus, Grafana, Loki - як плюс

● Досвід роботи з кластерами Postgres
