Required Skills & Experience: 
 

• Automation & Workflow Design: Proven experience (1+ years) in building complex workflows or process automations using tools like n8n, Zapier, Make, or similar.
• Programming: Strong programming skills, especially in Python (for writing custom scripts, integrations, or data processing as needed). Familiarity with JavaScript/React/TypeScript is a plus.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer with deep expertise in Django to join our core development team. You'll help shape the architecture, mentor junior developers, and drive key technical decisions.

We seek a talented Python Developer. You will collaborate closely with Front-end and QA teams and platform developers.
 

About you:
— Proficient in Python
— 2+ years experience in back-end and Game development
— Basic understanding of probability theory, statistics and random number generation
— Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
— Capacity to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical team members
— Ability to write concise, readable and simple code
— Strong debugging skills

Responsibilities:
— Design and full development of slot game logic with the ability to flexibly adjust the balance
— Well-coordinated work with the frontend team and the math team for smooth slot development from start to release
— Assistance in testing game logic: development of a cheat tool, configuration of an automatic cheat collector, technical description of game logic, unit tests
— Development of additional logic for collecting specific slot statistics (via existing module)
— Fast and efficient search, analysis and fixing bugs in game logic using logging, debugging and close interaction with other teams
— Participation in the standardization of the development protocol together with the frontend and backend teams
— Participation in writing documentation

In this case, we are expanding several of our units with a main focus on our product in the building hardware / sensing space. You will work with a distributed team across PST, EST, and EEST (Kyiv) time zones. We expect that you will work in the EU time zone with occasional check-ins with the leadership in PST and EST time zones.

🎯 Requirements:

- Upper-intermediate English proficiency (B2 minimum, but C1+ candidates with fluent English will have our preference);

- 5+ years of commercial Python dev experience (building Python-based software for hardware/sensing/IoT devices);

- Strong expertise with Linux and Docker;

- Excellent communication & collaboration skills;
