About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented Typing & Translation Specialist to support our internal documentation and communication processes. The ideal candidate combines strong linguistic skills with excellent typing accuracy and can consistently deliver high-quality written content in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce accurate, well-formatted text documents (reports, correspondence, presentations, internal notes).
• Translate written materials between Polish ↔ English while preserving meaning, tone, and clarity.
• Proofread and edit texts to ensure grammatical correctness and consistency.
• Maintain and update internal documentation according to company standards.
• Ensure confidentiality when handling sensitive or private information.
• Collaborate with team members to clarify terminology and style requirements.

Requirements

• Strong command of Polish, English, both written and verbal.
• High typing speed with strong attention to detail and minimal errors.
• Excellent grammar, spelling, and text-editing skills.
• Ability to work on-site and maintain consistent attendance.
• Familiarity with standard office tools (Google Workspace, MS Word).
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in translation, document processing, administrative support, or similar roles.
• Knowledge of business or technical terminology.
• Experience with CAT/translation tools (optional).
