    The role is open for strong junior to middle-level specialists.
    Salary depends on experience and skill level.

     

    🎯 What You’ll Do:

    Recruitment (main focus):

    • Run end-to-end hiring for tech and non-tech roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding).
    • Partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements and improve hiring processes.
    • Build talent pipelines and improve candidate experience.

    HR & People Operations:

    • Support core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, employee data, probation & performance cycles.
    • Help with employee surveys, feedback collection, and internal communication.
    • Assist with learning & development initiatives and team-building activities.
    • Support managers with basic people-related questions and processes.

    Collaboration & Growth:

    • Work in close collaboration with the Head of HR on HR initiatives, culture, and strategy.
    • Participate in improving HR processes, documentation, and internal systems.

       

    ✅ What We’re Looking For

    • 1.5–4 years of experience in recruitment (HR experience is a plus).
    • Strong interest in growing into broader HR and People responsibilities.
    • Ability to work independently but also collaborate closely with a senior HR leader.
    • Strong communication and organizational skills.
    • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-moving environment without heavy bureaucracy.
    • Curious about people, business, and organizational psychology.
    • Upper-intermediate English (B2+).
    • Experience in tech/product companies.
    • Familiarity with performance reviews, engagement surveys, or HR tools.

    We are currently seeking a data-focused, results-oriented User Acquisition Manager to join our amazing global team! In this role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns in Meta, Tiktok, Snapchat and Google UAC for promoting Zutobi ptoducts.

    About you:

    • At least 2+ years of hands-on experience with planning, launching and managing paid advertising campaigns in Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google UAC (multiple or at least two)
    • Deep understanding of advertising metrics such as ROI, ROAS, LTV, CTR, CPC, CPM, CPA, CPL, and the ability to apply them in work.
    • Experience with UA in US and European markets (Tier-1)
    • Proficiency in setting up and utilizing marketing analytics and BI tools such as Amplitude, Adjust, Tableau or similar
    • Strong analytical skills and data-driven approach: the ability to analyze data and metrics, and the capacity to adapt advertising strategies and optimize budgets for maximizing profitability.
    • Upper-Intermediate (or higher) English level.

    Would be a plus

    • Experience with web2app/web2web funnels and subscription products
    • Experience with automation of UA processes
    • Building and deep understanding of how mobile attribution works

    About your responsibilities:

    • Collaborating with our creative team to develop paid advertising strategies for user acquisition, product growth and increasing profitability.
    • Planning, developing, executing, and optimizing advertising campaigns Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Google UAC to achieve business goals.
    • Managing the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, tracking key metrics, and delivering regular progress reports to demonstrate achievements and return on ad spend (ROAS).
    • Efficient budget management: you’ll be responsible for reaching marketing and business goals via effective budget allocation and the pace at which we will scale.
    • Strategically planning, overseeing, and optimizing the advertising budget to maximize the impact and effectiveness of campaigns.
    • Utilizing analytical tools to gather insights, identify opportunities for improvement and guide data-driven decision-making in advertising strategies.
