Responsibilities:

• Install the network and computer system
• Maintain, repair, and upgrade the operating systems, software applications and hardware
• Set up accounts and workstations
• Troubleshoot issues and outages
• Ensure security through access controls and backups
• Responding to queries via chat, e-mail, or phone
• Providing technical assistance for questions and problems
• Monitor the performance of existing computer systems and IT infrastructure

Duties:

• Assisting in the creation and implementation of manuals for various systems, including desktop PCs, servers, network equipment, and software applications
• Maintains and monitors all servers' backups
• Monitors the distribution of client/server software and service packs
• Performs on-site and remote technical support for end users
• Performs basic tasks on VMware vSphere
• Performs basic hardware troubleshooting and replacement on the server system.
• Performs anti-virus and anti-spam management
• Performs Service desk / Helpdesk platform management
• Performs control cloud-based endpoint management solution
• Maintains user accounts, mailing lists
• Monitors network firewall security reports, audit log servers, and security systems.

Qualifications/experience:

• Good English written and verbal skills, at least upper intermediate level (B2)
• 2+ years of experience as a hands-on network/systems administrator
• 2+ years of experience with key Microsoft Enterprise technologies, including Windows System Administration, Active Directory with Group policies, MS DPM, Exchange Server, and IIS
• 2+ years of IP networking experience, including technical knowledge of subjects such as DNS, LDAP, DHCP, routing, switching, and remote access technologies
• Minimum of 2 years of experience with Microsoft, macOS, and Linux administration background.
• Microsoft Exchange Online implementations and management, experience with e-mail processing and filtering, anti-virus/anti-spam
• MS Intune and/or Omnissa Workspace ONE solution
• Knowledge of different ManageEngine applications/services will be a plus.

Working shift:

• From 13:00 till 22:00, Monday — Friday with periodic weekend duties.

We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to design, build, and operate scalable, highly available infrastructure on AWS. This role is primarily focused on AWS-native container platforms, while also requiring hands-on Kubernetes experience for hybrid workloads, tooling, and platform support.

Experience Level

• 5+ years of professional experience in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure roles
• 3+ years of hands-on experience operating production workloads on AWS

What You’ll Do

• Design and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Deploy, operate, and scale containerized applications using AWS-native container services, including: 
  • Amazon ECS and ECS on Fargate
  • Amazon ECR
  • Application and Network Load Balancers
• Configure and tune autoscaling, high availability, and fault-tolerant architectures
• Work with Kubernetes environments, including cluster-level operations and local cluster setup for development
• Support and improve local developer build environments
• Ensure production systems are reliable, secure, and observable

What We’re Looking For

• Strong hands-on experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
• Production experience running containers on ECS and/or Fargate
• Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, including working with clusters in production or development environments
• Solid understanding of autoscaling, redundancy, and resilient system design
• CI/CD expertise with Jenkins and GitHub Actions
• Strong Linux, networking, and troubleshooting skills

Nice to Have

• Experience operating EKS or hybrid ECS/Kubernetes environments
• GitOps or deployment automation experience
• Familiarity with AWS observability and cost-optimization tooling

We are looking for a Senior Test Automation Team Lead to define and lead end-to-end test automation for Zultys product development across web services, mobile apps, desktop apps, and IP telephony. This role combines hands-on framework development in Python with team leadership, automation strategy, and quality ownership across the delivery lifecycle.

Experience Level

• 7+ years of professional experience in QA/Software Testing
• 4+ years of hands-on test automation experience with Python
• 2+ years of experience leading QA automation engineers or cross-functional quality initiatives

What You'll Do

• Define and execute the test automation strategy across API, UI, integration, E2E, regression, and non-functional testing
• Architect, build, and maintain scalable Python-based automation frameworks
• Lead automation for web services and backend APIs, mobile applications (Android/iOS), desktop applications
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions/Jenkins) with quality gates and release criteria
• Establish best practices for test design, coding standards, flaky test reduction, and reliable reporting
• Mentor and coach automation engineers; perform code reviews and technical guidance
• Drive defect triage, root-cause trends, and continuous quality improvements

What We're Looking For

• Strong hands-on Python experience for automation frameworks and tooling
• Deep experience with API automation (REST/WebSocket), UI automation, and E2E orchestration
