Responsibilities
• Manage Ukrainian PE and United Kingdom bookkeeping and accounting responsibilities and provide support for our other offices
• Managing accounting services for Private Entrepreneurs in accordance with Ukrainian legislation: tax declaration preparation, documentation flow management, operational support and banking assistance
• Maintain accurate UK financial records by creating and updating spreadsheets for various financial activities, including utilizing accounting software
• Execute UK processes, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, fixed assets and bank transactions
• Supporting the UK invoicing process: review data and prepare invoices; ensure accuracy and timely execution; handle client queries
• Collaborate with relevant personnel to process expenses
• Process supplier invoices, managing approvals, due dates, and payments. Maintain reports for efficient supplier management
• Assist in the preparation of UK financial reports and analysis for decision-making purposes and support during the annual accounts’ preparation process
• Communicate effectively with the team and professional advisors

Profile
• Degree/certification in finance, accounting, or related field, with an accounting qualification preferred
• Strong understanding of accounting principles, standards, and reporting requirements
• Excellent attention to detail
• Familiarity with accounting software preferably that aligns with UK regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and accounting software, ideally Xero, QuickBooks, DATEV (Germany)
• Effective communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams
• Advanced English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to occasionally travel to our offices in UK and Germany, as well as other locations
