We’re looking for a backend-focused Software Engineer (70% Backend / 30% Frontend) to join a high-impact team.

In this role, you’ll help design, build, and maintain scalable systems that power seamless digital customer experiences. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable, high-quality solutions while continuously improving engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain backend services (REST APIs, event-driven systems, databases, cloud infrastructure)
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and partner teams in an agile environment
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following best practices
• Contribute to system design and technical decision-making
• Support and enhance full-stack features when needed (primarily backend-focused)
• Participate in code reviews and help improve overall code quality
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize system reliability
• Contribute to monitoring, logging, and observability (metrics, dashboards, alerts)
• Ensure solutions meet security and quality standards

Skills Required

• Strong backend development experience (REST APIs, microservices, event-driven architecture)
• Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, data modeling, algorithms)
• Experience with at least one backend language (e.g., Go, Java, .NET)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS or similar) and modern infrastructure
• Basic frontend experience (JavaScript, React/TypeScript)
• Experience with CI/CD, testing, and modern development workflows

The product is already live, and we now need consistent, high-quality blog content that explains complex topics clearly and brings qualified traffic. This role is fully focused on execution — writing, scaling, and improving content output using modern AI workflows.

Responsibilities

• Write and publish SEO-focused blog articles (2–4 per week)
• Create long-form, structured content around outsourcing, operations, and tech-related topics
• Translate complex, technical ideas into clear, readable content
• Build scalable content workflows using AI tools (research, outlining, drafting, editing)
• Repurpose articles into supporting formats (email, short-form summaries)
• Optimize existing blog content based on performance data

Skills Required

As a Data Engineer, you will collaborate with product owners, architects, and other key profiles across the global organisation. You will help business verticals and clusters maximize the value of the data and drive business change as a result.

Your primary focus will be building and implementing scalable data products on the global data platform together with other smart engineers in the organization.

• Experience with at least one object-oriented or functional/scripting language - Java, Scala, Python, etc.
