This position is part of the Paid Advertising team and will be embedded within one or more product teams. You will be overseeing the global performance marketing channels focused on customer acquisition and revenue growth.

The team is responsible for Paid Advertising on Google and Bing. The role includes managing the Namecheap SSL product, PPC campaigns for SSLs.com, supporting Brand Promo initiatives for the channel, and handling branded search campaigns for both Namecheap and Spaceship.

Your expertise:

• 5+ years in marketing, growth or analytics
• Strong SQL for querying and combining data from multiple sources
• Proficiency with a BI / visualization tool (preferably Tableau)
• Expert Excel/Sheets for modeling and ad hoc analysis
• Solid grasp of statistics (mean, median, variance, standard deviation, distributions), experimentation, and A / B test design
• Understanding of marketing attribution models and funnel metrics.
• Familiarity with web/marketing analytics platforms (GA4, Adobe Analytics)
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

AI skills (required)

You will be involved into:

• As a Tech Lead, you will be involved in all steps of SDLC: processing requirements, creating solutions, splitting them into tasks, participating in team refinements, participating in code review, deploying the code on production, monitoring the deployed code using Kibana, NewRelic, Grafana. Your expertise:

• Must have experience with high-load corporate storage systems (design, deployment, tuning, performance assessment, disaster recovery, monitoring)
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Linux / Unix administration (in-depth understanding of Linux internals, software and system architectures)

You will be involved into:

• Test and configure new equipment:
• run stress tests to verify the functionality and integrity of servers
• review test results and analyze the equipment health
• configure and test various power devices (PDU / ATS)
