The only requirement for this position is an Intermediate or above level ofEnglish. All the technical details and professional skills will be taught at our training.

You’ll work remotely and do shifts. That’s why you can effectively manage your working time, and even combine work with studying.

What you will do:

• Consult and support users of our products in solving various issues related to web services. For example, it can be assistance in choosing services, installation or setting up our products and services. Communication is provided through chats and tickets (emails)

Your expertise:

• Degree in Statistics / Mathematics or Finance
• SQL knowledge on a good level
• Good theoretical background in math’s and statistic
• Good understanding of predictive analytics
• Experience building visualizations in Tableau or other similar tools
• Experience working with data received from Google Analytics, AdWords, Facebook, etc.
• Understanding of LTV / CAC, Conversion Rate, Cohort analysis, Retention Rate
• Understanding of digital marketing, especially PPC and SEO fields
• Analytical mindset
• Upper-intermediate English (written and spoken)
• Minimum 3 years of experience on similar position
• Python, R knowledge will be a plus

• Provide Product Pod with deep insights regarding all activities
• Support in decision-making
• Building forecasts and prediction models
• Data analysis to detect the reasons of deviations in the main and secondary metrics

Responsibilities:

• Performing various sourcing techniques (Boolean search, X-Ray, etc.) and developing a recruitment network to identify qualified candidates 
• Connecting and interacting with potential candidates on various professional and social media networks 
• Drafting and sending recruitment emails 
• Contacting short-listed candidates and scheduling screening appointments 
• Conducting online pre-screens when required
• Keeping track of the progress of the recruitment pipeline

Your expertise:

• Experience with financial KPIs, including profit and loss (P&L) statements

• Identify sales and growth opportunities by analyzing financial data and key product metrics, deliver insights into shifting trends

Основні обов’язки:

• Ефективна взаємодія з рекрутмент директором, із тім лідом та рекрутмент командою щодо операційної підтримки планових та позапланових запитів.
• Забезпечення операційної підтримки та координації внутрішніх командних подій.
• Публікація, оновлення та архівація вакансій на зовнішніх сайтах та у внутрішніх системах.
• Ведення таблиць з інформацією про активні процеси, строки, відповідальних осіб — підтримка актуальності даних.
• Перевірка вхідної пошти (форм, запитів), сортування листів, відповідь за шаблонами.
• Підготовка регулярних звітів у Google Sheets: зведення даних, базова аналітика, оформлення у структурованому вигляді.
• Побудова простих діаграм і графіків для внутрішніх потреб команди.
• Участь в оновленні внутрішньої документації: шаблони, процедури, текстові інструкції.

Вимоги:

• Досвід роботи в адміністративній, операційній або асистентській ролі від 6 місяців.
• Впевнені навички роботи з Google Sheets / Excel: графіки, базові формули (SUM, VLOOKUP, IF тощо), зведені таблиці, фільтри, умовне форматування.
• Вміння логічно структурувати дані та підтримувати порядок в документах.
• Високий рівень організованості, уважність до деталей.
• Готовність працювати з повторюваними задачами, вміння дотримуватись дедлайнів.
• Англійська мова на рівні не нижче B1+ (листування, робота з документацією).
• Грамотна письмова комунікація, здатність швидко включатися в нові задачі.
• Командність, відповідальність, відкритість до змін.
• Здатність генерувати креативні рішення для ефективного розв'язання робочих завдань.
• Здатність швидко та якісно обробляти інформацію в динамічному середовищі.
