The only requirement for this position is an Intermediate or above level ofEnglish. All the technical details and professional skills will be taught at our training.

• Генерувати та закривати угоди з продажу персоналізованого IT staff augmentation / outstaffing без bench, виділених команд, інженерних, консалтингових та AI-сервісів.
• Глибоко занурюватися в сервіси компанії та delivery-контекст, щоб формувати обґрунтовані комерційні пропозиції, які відповідають реальним можливостям бізнесу і очікуванням клієнтів.
• Будувати pipeline через cold outreach, власну мережу контактів та роботу з маркетингом.
• Проводити discovery з клієнтами, виявляти реальні бізнес-потреби, бюджети та критерії прийняття рішень.
• Формувати та супроводжувати комерційні пропозиції (staff augmentation, dedicated teams, fixed price).
• Працювати в CRM, вести пайплайн та робити звіти.
