We’re looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer to join our team. This role requires expertise in Python, React (NextJS), SQL (including advanced query optimization), JavaScript, and cloud-based infrastructure (AWS). You’ll work across backend, database, and frontend technologies to build scalable, high-performance applications.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain Python-based applications, integrating with databases and APIs.
• Build and enhance frontend components with React, JavaScript, and HTML to improve user experience.
• Write and optimize large-scale SQL queries for fast, efficient data processing.
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS to ensure scalability and performance.
• Collaborate with the team on feature design, debugging, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience as a full-stack engineer working on both backend and frontend development.
• Proficiency in Python (Flask or Django preferred).
• Strong expertise in SQL: query optimization, indexing, stored procedures, and schema design.
• Hands-on experience with JavaScript, HTML, and modern frontend frameworks (React preferred).
• Familiarity with AWS or similar cloud platforms for application hosting and database management.
• Solid understanding of RESTful APIs, authentication, and integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently.
• Domain knowledge in real estate, energy, or utilities is a plus.
• Ability to work with at least partial overlap of U.S. business hours.

We are looking for an experienced Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in React.js and Node.js/NestJS to join our team and contribute to an active, production-level project. The platform focuses on the restaurant and hospitality industry, providing employers and job seekers with job listings, career advice, and salary insights. You will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining scalable solutions that directly impact users across the sector.

Responsibilities:

• Design, implement, and maintain solutions using Node.js/NestJS for the backend and React.js/Next.js for the frontend.
• Work with PostgreSQL as the main database, Redis for caching, and integrate Elasticsearch where appropriate;
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements, align on project goals, and ensure timely delivery;
• Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices to ensure high-quality, maintainable code;
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical challenges, proactively providing solutions and guidance;
• Stay informed about emerging technologies and propose improvements that add value to the platform.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of professional experience as a Full-Stack Developer with a focus on Node.js and React.js;
• Strong knowledge of NestJS, PostgreSQL, React.js, and Next.js, with practical experience in designing and optimizing database structures;
• Proven ability to design and deliver solutions from concept to production;
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently while contributing effectively in a team;
• Experience working in fully remote teams with clear communication and collaboration;
• English proficiency: Upper-Intermediate or higher.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Elasticsearch integration and usage;
• Ability to write and optimize SQL queries for high-load systems;
• Experience in HTML/CSS layout and responsive design practices;
