Requirements

• Expertise in Node.js, NextJS, and Solidity smart contracts development.
• Experience with cross-chain integrations and lending protocols like Aave, Morpho, etc. The project requires integrating with multiple blockchain platforms and DeFi protocols.
• Strong understanding of blockchain technology, wallets, gas fees, and the overall DeFi ecosystem. We are looking for someone who can provide technical guidance and solutions.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a small group. 
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Prisma for the database.
• Excellent communication skills to work closely with end-client & team and provide regular updates.
• Experience in building user-friendly, intuitive interfaces for non-technical users would be highly valuable.
• Willingness to work on a fast-paced, evolving project and adapt to changing requirements.

Project description

Platform that aims to simplify the process of earning interest on digital assets for everyday users. Designed to abstract away the complexity of blockchain technology, wallets, gas fees, and other technical details, making it accessible even for non-technical users.

The platform will support on-ramp and off-ramp functionality, allowing users to deposit fiat currency (e.g., via credit card or bank transfer) and withdraw their funds back to their bank accounts or crypto wallets. The goal is to provide a user-friendly, seamless experience that enables anyone to start earning interest on their digital assets, similar to a traditional savings account.

Recruitment flow

• First intro meeting (20 min)
• One technical interview (around one hour)
• One interview with a Lead on a project (final). 

BUT we’re a small team, several projects, so we’re very fast in decision-making.
