We seek a talented Strong Middle FE Engineer to join our team and help build a humanitarian transparency platform. This role involves designing and developing user interfaces for both a desktop web application and a Progressive Web App (PWA) for mobile, working as part of a cross-functional team.

👌 Role Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in frontend development with React.
• Strong proficiency in TypeScript.
• Solid experience building and deploying Progressive Web Apps (PWA) to production.
• Hands-on experience with offline-first architecture, Service Workers, and Workbox (or equivalent).
• Practical experience with client-side storage solutions: IndexedDB (Dexie.js, idb, or similar), Cache API, localStorage.
• Experience consuming REST APIs and managing application state.
• Solid understanding of Web APIs relevant to PWAs: Push API, Notifications API, Background Sync, Storage API.
• Familiarity with Docker-based development environments.
• Proficiency with Git and standard development tooling.
• English proficiency at B1 level or higher.

Nice to have:

• Experience with hybrid app frameworks (Capacitor, Ionic) for wrapping PWAs into native iOS/Android apps.
• Experience with TanStack Query (React Query) for server state management and caching.
• Experience with React Native for native mobile app development.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (e.g. Chart.js, D3, Recharts).
• Experience with GIS or map-based UI components (e.g. Leaflet, Mapbox).

We seek a Strong Middle ML / AI Engineer to join our team on a humanitarian transparency platform. This is a hands-on engineering role focused on building machine learning models and data pipelines — primarily around deduplication, anomaly detection, and statistical analysis of humanitarian data.

• Design, build, and maintain ML models for deduplication, anomaly detection, and predictive analytics.
• Work with structured humanitarian data — beneficiary records, financial transactions, procurement flows.
• Build and maintain data processing pipelines using Python (Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn).
• Collaborate with the backend team to expose ML/AI outputs via APIs.
• Monitor model performance and iterate based on real-world feedback.

We seek a Strong Middle QA Engineer (Full-Time) to join our team on a humanitarian transparency platform. This is not just an execution role — we're looking for someone who will own quality on the product long-term: build the QA process from scratch, maintain it as the platform grows, and be the go-to person for everything testing-related. The role combines thorough manual testing with building and maintaining automated test coverage across a web application and a Progressive Web App (PWA).
 

🧙‍♂️In this role, you will

• Design and build the QA process from scratch — test strategy, documentation, tooling.
• Create and execute test cases for web and PWA applications.
• Perform manual testing focused on functionality, usability, and responsiveness.
• Build and maintain automated tests for regression and smoke coverage (Playwright or pytest).
• Write clear, structured bug reports with reproduction steps, scoped severity, and hypotheses about the cause where possible.
• Re-test resolved issues and close the loop on tickets.
• Verify APIs via DevTools / Postman — payload, response, status codes, error handling.
• Test for cross-browser and cross-device compatibility.
• Create and maintain QA documentation from scratch: test plans, checklists, test cases, regression reports, release notes.
• Document your work and support knowledge sharing within the team.
• Plan and run release regression cycles, prioritize coverage by risk under the timebox
