We seek a talented Middle Python Engineer to join our fully remote Ukrainian team.
 

We’re building scalable, high-performance backend systems and looking for a Middle Python Engineer to help shape the architecture, implement robust solutions, and influence technical strategy. What You’ll Do

• Design, build, and maintain backend services with Python and Django.
• Collaborate with engineers, PMs, and designers to define technical solutions.
• Contribute to architectural decisions and long-term platform strategy.
• Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following internal quality standards.
• Integrate with third-party APIs and manage backend infrastructure.
• Optimize performance, scalability, and security.
• Document work and share knowledge with the team.
   

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in backend development with Python & Django.
• Strong understanding of REST API design principles.
• Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
• Familiarity with Docker and containerized development.
• Proficiency with Git, API tools (Postman), and basic Bash scripting.
• English level B1+.
   

Nice to Have:

• Experience with CI/CD, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP).
• Exposure to AI/ML integrations.

We seek an AI Engineer with strong expertise in state-of-the-art techniques for RAG, LLM Agents. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying AI-driven solutions for our Clients and in-house solutions. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with a wide range of techniques — from classical Machine Learning to modern Agents.

🧙‍♂️ In This Role You Will

• Develop AI agents, including chat agents and metric extraction agents.
• Create evaluation pipelines for agents, including tool usage and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) assessments like coherence and relevance.
• Improve results from Azure AI Search.
• Research and apply state-of-the-art techniques for agents and RAG systems.
• Maintain and support evaluation datasets.

• Write documentation for back-end integration or handle integration directly when needed.
