Our client is developing a platform with a diverse and evolving set of modules and features. The platform includes existing modules that are being improved, as well as large new epics that provide completely new functionality for customers. One concrete example mentioned is the development of a new module for vendor risk management. The product roadmap is heavily focused on automation, intelligent automation, and the integration of AI features.

Key Requirements:
🔹7+ years in Node.js and React, with experience building and operating production services at a meaningful scale;
🔹Microservices Expertise: Proven production experience with microservices architecture;

Our client is looking for an AI Builder / Full-Stack Engineer to join an early-stage startup with a very small team and a high level of ownership.

The company is building an AI-native product for the janitorial industry that automates the processing of large volumes of complex documentation, including contracts and RFPs. The product analyzes this information and generates accurate, detailed bids, including pricing, equipment selection, and task breakdowns down to the room and space level.

This role is ideal for an engineer who can take an AI capability end-to-end — from designing agents and backend systems to building the product experiences through which users interact with them. You’ll work across AI/LLM engineering, backend systems, data pipelines, and full-stack product development.

Key Requirements:

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who is ready to move beyond traditional software development and take full ownership of product delivery. This is not a classic backend engineering role. As a Builder, you’ll be responsible for delivering
features from idea to production by orchestrating AI agents, making technical decisions, collaborating closely with Product, and owning the final outcome.

What makes this role different
🔹You may not write every line of code yourself, but you are accountable for all of it — the AI-generated code is your code, and its quality is your responsibility.
🔹AI agents become part of your engineering team, but you own every architectural and technical decision.

Key Requirements:

🔹BSc in Computer Science or equivalent.
🔹Senior-level engineer, typically 7+ years building and shipping production software end-to-end — with the depth of experience to make sound technical calls and recognize when AI-generated output is subtly wrong.
🔹Strong Python (including Django) and system design fundamentals, with proven expertise building scalable systems on cloud architecture in a SaaS environment and the judgment to make architectural decisions and evaluate trade-offs independently.
🔹 Solid understanding of async programming, REST APIs, microservices, and testing — enough to read, review, and validate implementations, not just write them yourself.
🔹Hands-on experience with AI coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex, GitHub Copilot, or similar) and building AI-native workflows, with the ability to review, challenge, and improve AI-generated output rather than relying on it blindly.
🔹Strong hands-on experience with PostgreSQL and relational databases — proven experience configuring, managing, and optimizing large-scale databases, working with high volumes of data, and ensuring performance, scalability, and reliability in production environments.

Our client are looking for a Senior Support Engineer with strong system administration and troubleshooting skills to join our growing team. You’ll work directly with Fortune 100 customers to investigate and resolve technical issues related to the client's platform. This includes working across a variety of environments from Linux systems and Kubernetes clusters to IAM integrations and secure access workflows. You’ll act as a key technical contact in helping customers maintain operational stability and get the most out of their deployment. Key Requirements:
🔹 4+ years of experience in technical support, System Administration, or a similarcustomer-facing technical role;
🔹 Solid hands-on experience managing Linux-based systems in production environments;
🔹 Proficiency with Kubernetes, Terraform, Docker, and shell scripting;
🔹 Working knowledge of IAM concepts, authentication protocols, and API interactions;

Our client is a pioneer in the field of identity data solutions, is revolutionizing how businesses confidently identify their customers and prospects across multiple touchpoints. Whether it’s through websites, applications, or physical locations, they provide innovative ways for their partners to interact with and understand their audiences.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Engineer to help scale a high-throughput, real-time bidding
platform that sits at the core of our header-bidding and identity products. You will design and
operate Go services that handle very high request volumes with tight latency budgets, working
close to the auction path where milliseconds and correctness both matter.
This is a hands-on engineering role on a fast-growing product. You will own services end to end
— from design and implementation through deployment, observability, and on-call — and
collaborate with product, QA, and business-development colleagues to ship integrations with ad-
tech partners and demand/supply platforms.

Key Requirements:

🔹Strong, production-level experience writing backend services in Go (Golang), including the concurrency model, profiling, and performance tuning (7+ years of commercial Go experience required).
🔹Demonstrable experience with header bidding — ideally hands-on with Prebid (Prebid Server adapters, modules, RTB, or comparable auction-side work).
🔹Experience building and operating high-throughput, low-latency distributed systems in production (must-have).

🔹Solid grasp of HTTP/REST, JSON, and server-to-server integration patterns, plus debugging across the request lifecycle.
🔹Strong experience with cloud infrastructure, primarily AWS (must-have). Experience with Azure and/or GCP is a strong advantage.
🔹Comfort with relational databases (e.g. MySQL / Aurora), including basic observability and deployment workflows.
🔹Pragmatic testing habits and a track record of shipping reliable software with good operational hygiene.
🔹Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
🔹Experience with CTV/video and post-bid measurement flows.
🔹Exposure to Prebid Server Java or other JVM services (useful for cross-module work).
🔹Experience with Kafka/streaming, Redis or similar caching layers, and container orchestration (Docker/Kubernetes).
🔹Hands-on experience using AI coding assistants (Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codex, or similar) as part of the daily development workflow.
🔹English – Upper-Intermediate or higher.

What you will do:
🔹 Design, build, and operate high-throughput Go services on the real-time bidding and
header-bidding path, optimizing for latency, reliability, and cost at scale.
🔹 Develop and maintain Prebid integrations — Prebid Server adapters, bidder/identity
modules, and the supporting backend that powers them.
🔹 Build and harden integrations with ad-tech vendors (SSPs, DSPs, identity, and
measurement partners), including pixel, post-bid, and server-to-server flows
🔹 Profile and tune hot paths: concurrency, memory allocation, connection pooling, caching,
and request fan-out under high QPS
🔹 Own services through their full lifecycle — instrumentation, dashboards, alerting, and
participation in the on-call rotation.
🔹 Partner with product, QA, and business development to scope new partner integrations and
turn requirements into reliable, well-tested code.
