We're seeking a creative, proactive individual to drive our social media strategy across multiple platforms. Someone who's not just a content machine—you need to have taste, insight, and ability to zoom out and ask, "Is this actually working?"
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute content strategies for LinkedIn, X, Threads, BlueSky, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, Whatsapp and TikTok to increase brand awareness and build an engaged community.
Create and repurpose engaging content, including short-form video.
Plan and execute dedicated social campaigns for product launches, major product feature updates, events, sponsorships, and new partnerships.
Engage in industry-related discussions on social media to boost YouScan's visibility.
Keep an eye on competitor activity and broader industry trends to spot ideas you can build on—or do better.
Collaborate with in-house designers and the full marketing team.
Track content performance and tweak things based on what’s working.
Share regular content performance reports and insights with the marketing team.
What we're looking for:
You’re not just creative—you’re strategically creative. You know how to make scroll-stopping content, but you also think beyond the post. You’re curious about how your work performs and willing to tweak things based on data and trends. You’ll take the time to understand YouScan’s product, the problems we solve, and the market we’re in. You’re the kind of person who checks out what competitors are doing—not to copy, but to stay sharp and inspired.
Must-haves:
A sharp eye for content that resonates—especially on platforms like TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram
Experience for at least 2-3 years (preferably in IT sphere)
Global vision and trendspotting—we do marketing for multiple regions, including Ukraine, EU, UK, US and LATAM
Proficiency with tools like CapCut, Figma and Canva, bonus if you’ve used Descript or Premiere Pro
A grasp of metrics: what’s working, what’s falling flat, and how to make it better
Curiosity about the industry and competitors—you’re not just posting in a vacuum
Ability to translate YouScan’s value into content that connects, not just informs.
Fluent English with the ability to create video content for English-speaking audiences.

We expect a strong engineer and above all, a teammate ─ someone who shares their vision, communicates, brings their own ideas, listens and hears different viewpoints. Qualifications

Stack and Tools
We use C# as our main language, always relying on async IO and utilizing TPL DataFlow for complicated processing pipelines.
We process ~700 million mentions from social media every day. We extensively use Azure Queues and Tables Services for communication and storage. Our history cluster in Elasticsearch is over 2 Petabytes of data.
We're using .NET Core and Kubernetes, write our Infrastructure as code, and run it with Terraform. We use GitHub Actions for build and deployment. We ship many times per day.
