What you’ll do:
- Conduct research for new openings: find relevant candidate profiles, analyze the market, and identify hiring trends and challenges.
- Search for candidates for open roles via LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Communicate with candidates: write personalized messages, answer questions, and build trust.
- Support candidates through the entire hiring process (if they move forward): update statuses, send reminders, stay in touch.
- Schedule interviews with the recruiter and coordinate next steps when needed.
- Provide written feedback to candidates after interview stages.
- Collaborate closely with the HR team: discuss profiles, improve sourcing strategies, and experiment with new approaches.
Requirements:
- Basic understanding of the recruitment process and the IT industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Result-oriented mindset.
- Genuine interest in growing within the IT and recruitment field.
Nice to have:
- English level — Intermediate+ or higher.
- Experience working with Google Sheets, ATS, or other candidate management tools.
