What you’ll do:

• Own all things motion: Be the go-to expert for motion, animation, and dynamic illustrations across our brand.
• Animate our new landing page: Collaborate closely with our UX/UI Lead to bring our new landing page to life. You won't be designing it from scratch, but you will be responsible for all its motion, micro-interactions, and animations.
• Create delightful product illustrations: Design and animate a library of compelling, on-brand Lottie animations and illustrations for our product, website, and marketing.
• Translate complexity into magic: Turn our AI concepts into simple, engaging visual stories and animations that help users "get it."
• Collaborate and ship fast: Work directly with me (co-founder), our UX/UI Lead, and engineers to rapidly concept, animate, and deploy motion assets in fast cycles.
• Master your tools: Bring static Figma designs to life. You'll work within our established design system to create, optimize, and export animations using After Effects and Lottie.

What we’re looking for:
 

• A world-class motion portfolio: 3–7 years of experience as a Motion Designer, with a portfolio that showcases heavy use of Lottie, web animations, and product illustrations.
• Lottie/After effects mastery: You are an expert. You know how to build and optimize Lottie/JSON files so they are crisp, performant, and lightweight.
• Strong illustration skills: The ability to create and animate unique icons, spot illustrations, and product concepts in our brand style.
• Tooling expertise: Expert-level skills in After Effects, Lottie, and Figma. You're a pro at grabbing assets from a Figma file and your exported Lottie files are clean and developer-ready.

What you’ll do
 

• Own our insights engine: turn messy, human sales processes into measurable, coachable behaviors.
• Build the quantitative eval loop: design offline/online evals, define success metrics, wire them into CI to keep models honest.
• Instrument everything: trace, log, and attribute with Helicone; close the loop from prompt → outcome → revenue.
• Automate improvement: use LangGraph/LangChain to orchestrate tools, memory, and feedback for self-correcting flows.
• Ship weekly: your work will go live often and directly move client revenue.
• Partner with customers: jump into pilots with Sales/Success to see where the insights fail—and fix them fast.

What makes you a fit
 

• 3–7+ years in applied ML/ML-platforms, data-heavy backend, or agentic LLM systems (we care more about proof of shipping than years).
• You’ve built evaluation harnesses for LLMs or search/ranking systems and can explain trade-offs without hand-waving.
• Comfortable with Python/TypeScript, vector stores, embeddings, retrieval, and tool-calling.
• Strong grasp of observability & experimentation: tracing, A/Bs, guardrails, model/data versioning.
• Bias to simplify—you avoid Rube Goldberg pipelines and reach for the shortest path that survives production.

• Create pipeline & run the table: prospect → discovery → pilot → integration → close (mid-market focus).
• Run tight pilots: co-design crisp success criteria, instrument outcomes, show team improvement in real-time.
• Multi-thread like a pro: champions, managers, RevOps, security—own the deal map and sequence intelligently.
• Prove value, not vibes: translate insights into business impact (win rate, cycle time, ACV expansion).
• Forecast with discipline: MEDDPICC preferred; clean notes, clear next steps, honest commits.
• Partner with product: feed sharp customer signals; help us refine PLG + enterprise motions.

• 2–6+ years in BDR/AE or full-cycle roles selling SaaS to mid-market; pilot-led sales a plus.

We’re looking for a Product Development Lead who combines product ownership, delivery management, and hands-on technical leadership. You’ll help shape our roadmap, guide engineering decisions, and ensure our team builds the right things the right way.

Your Mission
 Turn vision into execution. You’ll own the delivery process, ensure technical soundness, and keep the team aligned on priorities. You’ll stay close to the code — reviewing PRs, diving into backend problems, and helping design robust systems.

What You’ll Do
 

• Drive product delivery — translate high-level goals into actionable plans, milestones, and releases.
• Provide technical leadership — guide system architecture, ensure scalability and reliability, and support engineers with complex design and implementation challenges.
