We are looking for a Junior–Middle ASO Specialist to help grow our portfolio of consumer mobile apps through organic App Store traffic.

The main goal is simple: find keyword opportunities, improve rankings, increase organic installs, and improve App Store conversion rate.
 

Responsibilities

• Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Build and optimize App Store metadata:
  • Title
  • Subtitle
  • Keywords
  • Description
  • Localizations
• Track keyword rankings, indexation, impressions, Product Page Views, and downloads.
• Identify high-potential keywords based on traffic, competition, and relevance.
• Analyze competitors and find keyword/content gaps.
• Create and prioritize ASO hypotheses.
• Work with designers on screenshot, icon, and Product Page experiments.
• Track results of every ASO update and document learnings.
   

What we’re looking for

• Experience with App Store Optimization.
• Strong understanding of keyword research and ranking logic.
• Experience with tools like ASOMobile, Astro, AppTweak, MobileAction, Sensor Tower, or similar.
• Analytical and hypothesis-driven mindset.
• Good understanding of App Store conversion optimization.
• Ability to work independently and suggest new growth opportunities.
• Good written English.
   

Experience with subscription apps, App Store Connect, localizations, PPO, and mobile growth is a strong advantage.
 

You will work directly with the founder and have a lot of ownership over ASO strategy across multiple mobile apps.

We are looking for a Junior–Middle User Acquisition Manager to help us scale our portfolio of consumer mobile apps through Meta Ads.

We are not looking for someone who simply launches campaigns.

We need a person who can build a structured hypothesis-testing process, find profitable creative + audience + funnel combinations, maintain target ROAS, and scale what works.

What you’ll be responsible for

• Launching, managing, and optimizing Meta Ads campaigns for iOS mobile apps.
• Building and managing a structured testing pipeline for:
  • creative concepts;
  • hooks and marketing angles;
  • audiences;
  • offers;
  • geos;
  • campaign structures;
  • onboarding and paywall hypotheses.
• Working closely with the creative team to produce and test new UGC ads, concepts, hooks, and iterations.
• Analyzing creative performance and understanding why certain creatives work and how to replicate successful patterns.
  
   

Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads.
• Experience managing performance marketing campaigns with real budgets.
• Good understanding of performance marketing metrics and unit economics.
• Strong analytical mindset.
• Ability to work with spreadsheets and analytics dashboards.
• Understanding of creative testing and UGC advertising.
• Ability to independently generate and prioritize testing hypotheses.
• English sufficient for working with ad creatives, dashboards, and documentation.
   

Experience with mobile apps, subscription apps, App Store funnels, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, AppsFlyer, Adjust, or similar tools is a strong advantage.
