- Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher

Responsibilities:

- Manage the full recruitment cycle (from sourcing to offer stage)

- Communicate with candidates and coordinate interviews

- Maintain and update candidate pipelines

- Support onboarding processes

- Participate in improving recruitment and HR processes

- Experience in IT recruitment

We are looking for a motivated Full-Stack Developer with solid experience in mobile development and backend services. The ideal candidate is proactive, well-rounded, and comfortable working across both frontend and backend.
 

Requirements:

- 3+ years of commercial experience in software development

- Strong experience with React Native

- Solid experience with Python (Django)

- Experience building and consuming REST APIs

- Understanding of mobile app architecture and best practices

- Experience with databases (PostgreSQL or similar)

- Familiarity with Git and collaborative workflows
