    Objectives:

    • Ensure conversion tracking is accurate and reliable (form submissions / thank-you flow)
    • Improve attribution and channel reporting consistency
    • Reduce data noise and improve reporting quality
    • Deliver a clear list of findings + implement fixes
       

    Scope:

    • GA4 events & key events audit
    • Conversion tracking validation
    • GTM container review
    • Attribution & channel grouping review
    • Data hygiene improvements (internal/bot traffic handling, referral exclusions, unwanted parameters)
    • Documentation + final verification
    • Optional: Looker Studio dashboard improvements
